The gate will not open

- Restart your phone if needed.
Use this page for common PDK Access app problems: Bluetooth not opening the pool gate, missing credentials, new phones, changed emails, expired activation links, or setup confusion.
Most pool access issues fall into one of these buckets. Start with the card that sounds closest to what is happening.
If your Brookwood card disappeared or did not transfer, try Add Credentials in PDK Access. If no Brookwood credential appears after the code, Brookwood may need to reissue it.
PDK activation links expire after 72 hours. If the link is old, open PDK Access and use Add Credentials with the same email Brookwood has on file.
If your access is not working because of HOA dues, please contact Red Door, Brookwood’s property management company. Some residents believe they are current when the payment has not actually posted to the account yet.
If you recently made a payment, it must be reflected on the account before access can be updated. This typically takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on payment method and holidays.
If the steps above do not fix the issue, send a quick email to [email protected] and include the details Brookwood needs to troubleshoot your pool key access.
